Report: Cortec To Buy EB Brands

Cortec Group is in talks to acquire athletic apparel and giftware retailer EB Brands from Milestone Partners, according to LBO Wire. The deal is valued at between $130 million and $150 million, with existing EB Brands lender GE Antares Capital providing the financing.
