ReShape Medical Adds $20 Million

ReShape Medical Inc., a San Clemente, Calif.-based developer of a medical device to help treat obesity, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. U.S. Venture Partners led the round, which closed last October. Return backers include New Leaf Venture Partners and SV Life Sciences.
