Salesforce to buy VC-backed Mobify

Salesforce has agreed to acquire Mobify, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based mobile commerce and engagement business, according to a blog post. No financial terms were disclosed. Mobify previously raised venture capital and other funding from Acton Capital, BDC Capital, Comercia Bank, Vistara Capital Partners, Impulse International, Kuwait Investment Authority and Plaza Ventures.
