NEW YORK – TheStreet.com Inc, a provider of online financial news, went public May 10, offering 5.5 million shares of common stock. The stock priced at $19 apiece, at the top of the company’s $17 to $19 filing range.

Underwriters included Goldman, Sachs & Co., Hambrecht & Quist and Thomas Weisel Partners L.L.C. There were no selling shareholders.

Venture backers include Oak Investment Partners, Chase Capital Partners, Softbank Technology Ventures, Constellation Venture Cap
