San Francisco-based Thistle, a next-generation food and beverage company, has secured $5.65 million in Series A financing.

San Francisco-based Thistle, a next-generation food and beverage company, has secured $5.65 million in Series A financing. PowerPlant Ventures led the round. In addition to the funding, PPV Managing Partner Dan Gluck will join Thistle’s board of directors.
