Upfront to raise $100 mln opportunity fund

Upfront Ventures is raising a $100 million opportunity fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The fund follows the December announcement of the firm’s $280 million fifth venture fund. Details of that fund can be found here.

Upfront Opportunity Fund I has not yet had a first close, according to the document.
