USV raises $275m for one fund and $350m for another

Union Square Ventures has raised $275 million for its eighth early-stage fund and $350 million for its fourth opportunity fund, according to a blog post on the firm’s site. The New York-based venture firm invests in the retail, media, transportation, software and commercial services sectors.
