Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has filed to go public, reported CNBC. The business news outlet noted that Coinbase will be using a direct listing to offer its shares instead of a traditional IPO. Coinbase’s investors include Andreessen Horowitz, Initialized Capital, Tiger Global Management and Manhattan Venture Partners.
