Rent the Runway, the fashion rental platform, has filed to go public, reported CNBC. The company is planning on trading its stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol ‘RENT.” Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Barclays are the lead underwriters. Rent the Runway’s backers include Bain Capital Ventures Ares Management, Highland Capital Partners and TCV.
