Samsara, an internet-of-things company, has raised $805 million for its IPO after pricing its 35 million shares at $23 per share, reported Barron’s. The stock began trading December 15, 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “IOT.” Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Allen & Co. are the lead underwriters. Samsara’s pre-IPO backers include Warburg Pincus, Tiger Global, Dragoneer, Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst.
