Sharethrough, a Montreal-based advertising technology provider, has postponed its initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The business, which was seeking about C$75 million, cited challenging market conditions, especially for technology companies. Sharethrough this year merged with District M, backed by Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Investissement Quebec and Export Development Canada.
