VC-backed Ventyx Biosciences goes public
Encinitas, California-based Ventyx Biosciences, a developer of treatments for people with inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders, has raised $151.5 million for its IPO after pricing its over 9.4 million shares at $16 per share.
