Founded by managing partner Deborah Benton and co-founder and general partner Amanda Schutzbank, the firm aims to invest at the first institutional stage.
The said it doesn’t invest in a specific gender or via a diversity lens, but it said that almost 75 percent of its current portfolio companies have female or minority founders, which include Bubble (clear skincare for GenZ), Coterie (premium baby personal care), Dae (clean hair brand) and Goodfair (bringing thrift online), among others.
