“Zuck” Is Everywhere, But Not Necessarily In A Good Way

Not every one on the planet is friends with Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder and CEO of Facebook. The billionaire (on paper) CEO supposedly has less than 1,000 friends in his social network. But it’s hard to avoid “Zuck,” as he’s known.

Today, “The Social Network” hit theaters nationwide, and it apparently tells a version of events that stretches the truth a bit. If that’s not enough, you can read about Zuck in The October issue of Vanity Fair and last month’s issue of The New Yorker. Meanwhile, photos of the 26-year-old and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan are all over the blogs.

Enough already, right?

Well, it not quite enough for aspiring comic book writer Jerome Maida. He has written a comic book called “Mark Zuckerberg: Creator of Facebook,” which is due out in December. Cost? Just $7.

Maida says he attempted to paint a fair and balanced portrait of the billionaire.

Venture Capital Journal subscribers can read more about Zuck and other characters in the never-boring VC ecosystem in the the October issue that came out today.
