CAVU Ventures raises $156 mln venture fund

CAVU Ventures has raised a $156 million maiden fund for investing in the food and beverage space, according to a filing with the SEC.

The three partners in the fund are Rohan Oza, Christopher Clayton and Brett Thomas, the document shows. The New York-based fund received investments from 134 LPs.
