Ali Partovi’s Neo Fund raises $82.4 million for venture-capital fund

Ali Partovi’s Neo Fund has raised $82.4 million for a maiden venture-capital fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The fund, NEO Fund 1.0, drew capital from 110 LPs. Partovi is a co-founder of LinkExchange and Code.org and an early investor in Dropbox.
