Alliance Medical Switches Sponsors

Dubai International Capital has acquired Alliance Medical from Bridgepoint for Gbp600 million. Alliance Medical is a UK-based provider of diagnostic imaging services to the European healthcare sector. Dresdner Kleinwort and Bank of Scotland are lead arrangers for the deal's leveraged financing.

Dubai International Capital LLC ('DIC'), the international investment arm of Dubai Holding, and Bridgepoint, a European private equity firm, announced today that DIC has acquired Alliance Medical from Bridgepoint for
