Andreessen Horowitz racks up $1.3bn for seventh tech fund, also collects $3.2bn for second growth fund

Andreessen Horowitz has raised $1.3 billion for its seventh early-stage fund that will focus on consumer, enterprise and financial services technologies, according to a blog post on the venture firm's site.
