Chicago and California-based Hazel Technologies Inc, an agricultural technology company, has raised $13 million in Series B funding. Pangaea Ventures and S2G Ventures led the round.
Herbivore, a skincare brand, has secured $15 million in Series A funding. Silas Capital led the round.
Flare Capital Partners has named Ian Chiang as a principal. Previously, he was senior vice president and a founding member of CareAllies.
Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Voxel51, an AI startup, has secured $2 million in seed funding. The investor was eLab Ventures.
iCONECT, a provider of a legal document review platform, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding. The backer was NewField Capital Partners.
Opsani, a provider of AI-driven continuous optimization solutions for cloud applications, has secured $10 million in Series A funding. Redpoint Ventures led the round with participation from previous backers Zetta Ventures and Bain Capital. In addition to the funding, Satish Dharmaraj, a partner at Redpoint, will join the Opsani board.
Austin, Texas-based ScaleFactor, an intelligent finance and automated accounting platform, has raised $60 million in Series C funding. Coatue led the round with participation from other investors that included Bessemer Venture Partners, Canaan, Broadhaven Ventures, Firebrand Ventures, Vulcan, Stripes Group and NextPlay Capital. 
Sunday, a direct-to-consumer lawn care company, has secured $6 million in Series A funding. Tusk Venture Partners led the round.
Lake Forest, California-based InMode Ltd, a provider of medical technologies, has raised $70 million for its IPO after pricing its 5 million shares at $14 per share. The stock began trading August 8, 2019 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "INMD." Barclays Capital Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the lead underwriters. InMode's pre-IPO backers include Israel Healthcare Ventures.
Tel Aviv and Palo Alto, California-based Rookout, a data extraction and pipelining platform, has raised $8 million in Series A funding. Cisco Investments led the round.
