Brii Biosciences, which is focused on improving public health in China, has raised $260 million in funding. The investors include ARCH Venture Partners, 6 Dimensions Capital, Boyu Capital, Yunfeng Capital, Sequoia Capital and Blue Pool Capital.

Amuse, a next generation record label, has raised $15.5 million in Series A financing. Lakestar and Raine Ventures led the round.

Colorado-based Conga, a provider of intelligent document automation solutions, has secured $47 million in funding. Insight Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures led the round.

Abstract, a design workflow system, has secured $16 million in Series B funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from return backers Amplify Partners and Cowboy Ventures. As part of this financing, Stacey Bishop, a partner at ScaleVP, will be joining Abstract's board.

Redwood Shores, California-based Reltio, a provider of a self-learning data platform, has raised $45 million in Series D funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from return backers Crosslink Capital, .406 Ventures and Sapphire Ventures.

ICEYE, an Earth observation company, has secured $34 million in Series B funding. True Ventures led the round with participation from Draper Nexus, Draper Associates, Seraphim Capital, Space Angels Network, OTB, Tesi, Draper Esprit and Promus Ventures.

CareZone, a smartphone service for managing chronic health conditions, has raised $50 million in Series D funding. NEA led the round.

Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Superpedestrian, a transportation robotics company, has closed $16.5 million in financing. The investors included Charles Kim of Extol Capital LLC, Spark Capital and General Catalyst.

Health insurance provider Anthem Inc has agreed to acquire Aspire Health, a non-hospice palliative care provider. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of this year. Aspire's investors include Oak HC/FT, GV, BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners and Sandbox Industries.

OM1, a health outcomes and technology company, has secured $21 million in Series B financing. Polaris Partners led the round with participation from backers that included General Catalyst and 7wire Ventures.
