K9 Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Intel Capital, CrunchFund and Ovo Fund. Materialise NV, which is backed by Sniper Investments, has filed for an IPO. The number of shares that will be offered as well as the stock's pricing terms have yet to be set. Materialise does plan on trading the stock on the NASDAQ. Piper Jaffray and Credit Suisse will serve as lead underwriters. Based in Belgium, Materialise is a 3D printing company.

Imgur said Thursday that it has secured $40 million in funding from Andreessen Horowitz. Also, Lars Dalgaard, a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, will join the firm's board of directors. Based in San Francisco, Imgur is an image-sharing platform.
Social Finance said Thursday that it has closed $80 million in Series C financing. Discovery Capital Management led the round with participation from other investors that included Peter Thiel and Wicklow Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Discovery's S.P. Wijegoonaratna has been added to the company's board. Also, Peter Thiel and NYSE CEO Duncan Niederauer have been named company advisors. Based in San Francisco, Social Finance is a provider of peer-to-peer lending solutions.
TrackIf said Thursday that it has closed $3 million in debt funding. The investors included Chicago Ventures, Wisconsin Investment Partners, New Capital Fund and Confluence Capital. Also, the firm has added Stuart Larkins of Chicago Ventures and Dan Frawley of Corporate Executive Board to its board. Based in Minneapolis, TrackIf is a search and shopping awareness engine.

Northzone led the round with participation from other investors that included Betaworks, Lerer Ventures, White Star Capital and Bassett Investment Group. Bloglovin is a platform that helps users follow and track their favorite blogs.
Indoor cycling brand Flywheel Sports said Thursday that it has secured an undisclosed amount of funding. The Benvolio Group, the personal investment arm of the Frankfort family and Catterton Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Global Endowment Management. Jay Galluzzo, the firm's CEO and Ruth Zukerman, its creative director, will remain in their roles. Moelis & Company advised Flywheel on the transaction.
