San Francisco-based Wish, a bargain shopping app, has filed to go public, reported Reuters. The news wire noted that the company will trade its stock on the NASDAQ. Goldman Sachs, J.P.Morgan and BofA Securities are the lead underwriters. Wish’s backers include General Atlantic, Founders Fund, GGV Capital and DST Global.
