Paris and Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Biophytis, a biotech company that focuses on treating age-related diseases, has raised 6.1 million euros in a private placement. The investors were not named. H.C. Wainwright & Co LLC was the placement agent in the U.S. while Invest Securities was placement agent in Europe.
