Boston-based Bison, a provider of software solutions for the private markets, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding round. Fintop Capital led the round with participation from Hamilton Lane and GrandBanks Capital. In addition to the funding, Bison has added Rick Kushel, general partner of Fintop, to its board of directors.
