San Francisco-based Cobalt Labs Inc, a provider of application security solutions for modern companies, has secured $1.5 million in seed funding. The lead investor was eLab Ventures. Tim Draper of Draper Associates also participated in the round. In addition to the funding, Cobalt has added Bob Stefanski, general partner at eLab Ventures, to its board.
