Crimson Ventures has made an undisclosed investment in Thrivist LLC. Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Thrivist is a learning and analytics platform for K-12 schools.

Crimson Ventures announces its investment of a minority position in Thrivist, LLC. Thrivist, based in Franklin, Tenn., offers its learning and analytics platform to K-12 schools, enabling them to develop, deliver and manage online learning (or e-learning), and leverage learning analytics to improve student outcomes.
“Crimson Ventures is excited to partner with this innovative education company whose strong management team and software solutions are already making an impactful contribution in the K-12 marketplace,” Managing Partner Rob Walker said. “We will now begin seeking additional investment partners and new team members who share our values and vision for growth.”
As part of the transaction, Walker will receive a board position with Thrivist.
