peHUB reported yesterday that blog search engine Technorati had expanded its Series C round to $11.52 million, citing a regulatory filing. Some of you have asked for copies of said filing, so here it is: Technorati.pdf
The company had held a $7.6 million first close last June, and later expanded the round to $10.52 million. DG Incubation, operator of Technorati Japan, is listed as a new shareholder, alongside existing backers Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Mobius Venture Capital.
Technorati has now raised over $15 million in total VC funding.
