Elsewhere Partners names Favaron and Perry as operating partners

Elsewhere Partners has appointed software industry veterans Rod Favaron and Michele Perry as operating partners.

Favaron was previously president at Upland Software, a cloud-based enterprise work management software provider. Perry, who has served as operating advisor for Elsewhere since 2015, was previously CEO of Relatient, a SaaS-based patient-centered engagement company.

“Working alongside Rod Favaron and Michele Perry over the years, I’ve watched them patiently guide and build enterprise software companies that can properly scale,” Elsewhere founder and partner Chris Pacitti said in a statement. “I am confident they will model that exact mindset — one of committed counsel rather than constant pressure — for our team and for our extended network.”

Based in Austin, Texas-based Elsewhere Partners invests in business software companies that are located outside of traditional venture capital hubs.
