General Catalyst leads seed funding for Fig

San Francisco-based Fig, which is reinventing the terminal for developers, announced it raised a $2.2 million seed round led by General Catalyst. Essentially, Fig has built an API that makes it easy to build visual terminal apps and shortcuts to a developer’s existing terminal. The company, founded by Brendan Falk and Matt Schrage, came out of Y Combinator.
