Rencore, a German provider of software for cloud collaboration, has secured $8 million in funding.
UVC Partners led the round.
The funding comes only a year after Rencore raised $4 million with Capnamic, which expanded its existing investment in this round.
The capital infusion will be used by Rencore for growth.
On the fundraising, Oliver Schoppe, a principal at UVC Partners, said in a statement, “Whether new forms of work, the trend towards hybrid working, or simply the reduction of travel for environmental reasons, the demand for cloud-based forms of collaboration will continue to rise. However, more and more companies are now recognizing the challenge of keeping cloud services secure, efficient, and compliant.”
Based in Berlin and Munich, UVC Partners invests in European B2B tech startups. UVC has 400 million euros in assets under management.
