Global banking tech start-up Zeta raises $250m from SoftBank

The investment from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 values the company at $1.45bn.

San Francisco-based Zeta, a banking tech start-up, has raised $250 million in Series C funding from SoftBank Vision Fund 2. The investment values Zeta, which has offices worldwide, at $1.45 billion.

The company, founded in 2015, will use the proceeds to expand across the US and Europe. The company helps banks and financial institutions with credit and credit-card processing, loans, mobile banking and personal finance management.
