Initialized Capital adds Singh as partner

The early-stage firm announces Parul Singh as its newest partner while Livingston Miller joins as its first general counsel.

Initialized Capital, an investor in Coinbase, Instacart and Opendoor, announced that Parul Singh has joined the firm as a partner. At Initialized, she will focus on investing in software companies, with a special interest in the areas of healthtech, SaaS and analytics.

Singh spent the past five years on the investing team at Founder Collective, where she focused on early-stage tech companies in Boston and New York City. She evaluated over 3,000 companies and spearheaded the firm’s investments in Embark Veterinary, Broadlume, Running Tide, HumanFirst, Flume Health and HealthNote.

In addition, Initialized announced that Livingston Miller, formerly of WeWork, join the firm as Initialized’s first general counsel to oversee legal and compliance matters.
