The company’s net.Analysis software enables companies to collect, store, organize and analyze detailed information about the online behavior of customers and other visitors on their Web sites. Use of the software gives clients information about which Web pages customers viewed most often, the banner advertisements they clicked on, how they navigated through the site, how they purchased products and services, and why they may have abandoned the site. net.Analysis also gives customers the ability to import and analyze information about its e-customers that is available from other online and offline software systems and databases. net.Genesis’ professional services organization provides strategic analytic consulting and product integration and installation services. The company has licensed net.Analysis to more than 200 customers, including Barnes & Noble, Bell Atlantic, Charles Schwab, Delta Airlines, EarthWeb, Egreetings Network, Fidelity Investments, The Gap, General Electric, Intraware, NextPlanetOver Online, Travelscape.com and Universal Studios.

Proceeds:
