San Francisco-based Oakhouse Partners has filed to raise $50 million in new commitments, according to a regulatory filing. The firm’s sole GP listed on the document is Jason Portnoy, who previously was the founding partner of Subtraction Capital, which raised $20 million when it was founded in 2013.
