Khosla Ventures to raise $400 mln fourth seed fund

Khosla Ventures has set out to raise a $400 million fourth seed fund, according to a filing with the SEC.

The fund, Khosla Ventures Seed D, did not report a first close. The firm raised its previous seed fund with a target of $400 million in 2014.
