Lightspeed POS, CDPQ to raise $355m in NYSE listing

Lightspeed POS, a Montreal-based point-of-sale and ecommerce software provider, priced its previously announced offering of 11.65 million subordinate voting shares in the U.S. and Canada at US$30.50 per share.
