Lightspeed POS files to list on NYSE, CDPQ to sell shares

Lightspeed POS, a Montreal-based point-of-sale and e-commerce software provider, has filed to list 11.65 million subordinate voting shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LSPD".
