LumiThera inks $5.5 mln Series B

LumiThera Inc., a medical device company focused on treating ocular disorders and diseases, has closed $5.5 million in Series B financing. WaterStone Capital led the round with participation from RPR Venture. In conjunction with the funding, WaterStone Capital’s founding partner Yigang Yang will join the LumiThera board of directors.
