MidOcean To Buy Bushnell

MidOcean Partners has agreed to acquire Bushnell Outdoor Products from Wind Point Partners. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Bushnell senior management would maintain its role and have a “significant” ownership position. GE Antares Capital has committed leveraged financing. Bushnell is an Overland Park, Kan.
