Pepper Financial snaps up $5.6 mln seed

Los Angeles-based fintech startup Pepper Financial has secured $5.6 million in seed funding. Mark Suster at Upfront Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Lerer Hippeau and Manta Ray.
