UK-based Compass Pathways, a mental healthcare company, has filed for an IPO, reported Reuters. The news wire noted that the company plans on trading the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “CMPS.” Cowen, Evercore ISI and Berenberg are serving as the lead underwriters. Compass Pathways is backed by Peter Thiel, co-founder of PayPal and Facebook board member.
