GoCo.io has acquired WFHomie, a Toronto-based employee experience and people analytics platform built for remote-first companies. No financial terms were disclosed.
Based in Houston, GoCo.io is a provider of flexible software solutions for human resources, benefits and payroll.
The acquisition is GoCo’s first and follows a $15 million financing led by ATX Venture Partners in late 2022. As part of the deal, the WFHomie team will join GoCo.
