HashiCorp, a software company, has filed to go public, reported Reuters. The newswire noted that HashiCorp is seeking a $10 billion valuation for the IPO. The company will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “HCP”. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Bofa Securities and Citigroup are the lead underwriters. HashiCorp’s backers include Mayfield, Franklin Templeton and T Rowe Price.
