VC-backed Lytics appoints Farhan as chief commercial and strategy officer

In this role, Farhan will lead Lytics’ commercial go-to-market functions.

Portland, Oregon-based Lytics, a customer data platform, has named Abed Farhan as chief commercial and strategy officer. In this role, Farhan will lead Lytics’ commercial go-to-market functions including sales, account management, corporate development, strategic alliances and partner and channel teams.

Prior to joining Lytics, Farhan was vice president of sales, channel and account manager at ZoomInfo where he led large teams of go-to-market professionals. Prior to ZoomInfo, Farhan was executive vice president of field operations at Serviceaide where he was responsible for sales, partnerships, and business development.

Farhan brings over twenty years of technology business development experience to Lytics. For nearly a decade, he was senior vice president of business development, alliances and sales at Webtrends where he led its acquisition to Oracle, headed all sales and partner efforts, and managed a team of 100 plus field operations professionals. He also held leadership positions at Serena Software, EarthLink, and Telemedia Networks International.

Lytics’ customers include include Live Nation, Nestle Purina, Fox and Whirlpool.
