The number of shares that will be sold as well as the stock’s pricing terms have yet to be set. The stock will be trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “NCNO.” BofA Securities and Barclays are the lead underwriters. nCino’s backers include Insight Venture Partners, Wellington Management, Salesforce Ventures and Bessemer Ventures.
