Via, an on-demand shuttle service, has filed confidentially for an IPO, reported TechCrunch. The tech news outlet noted that the company has not disclosed how many shares it will sell nor the stock’s pricing terms. Via’s backers include Macquarie Capital, Mori Building, Shell, 83North, Broadscale Group, Ervington Investments, Hearst Ventures, Planven Ventures, Pitango and RiverPark Ventures.
