Toronto-based Q4, a capital markets communications platform, has priced its initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange to raise C$150 million, according to SEDAR. In its amended prospectus filed this week, Q4 said common shares will be sold for C$10.50 to C$13.00 per unit. The IPO could raise C$172.5 million if its greenshoe option is exercised in full.
Q4’s venture capital investors include First Ascent Ventures, Information Venture Partners and Napier Park Financial Partners.
