Fleetonomy, a provider of fleet management solutions, has secured $3 million in funding. Vertex Ventures led the round. In conjunction with the funding, Fleetonomy has added Steve Girsky, former vice chairman of General Motors and Mary Chan, former On-Star executive, to its board of advisers.
