India-based The Moms Co, a mom and baby care consumer goods startup, has secured $1 million in Series A funding. DSG Consumer Partners and Saama Capital led the round.
San Francisco-based TalkIQ, a voice-to-text transcription engine and AI-driven analytics platform provider, has raised $14 million in Series A funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from Aspect Ventures, Danhua Capital, Felicis Ventures, LINE Corp and Salesforce Ventures. Concurrent with the funding, Rory O’Driscoll, managing partner at Scale Venture Partners, has joined TalkIQ's board.
Atlanta-based Evident, a newly launched cybersecurity solution for managing and sharing personal data, has raised $8.8 million in Series A financing. New Enterprise Associates led the round.

Berlin-based 8fit, a health and fitness company, has closed its Series A funding round, raising a total tally of $10 million. Creandum and Eight Roads Ventures led the round.

Fontinalis Partners led the round, with participation from other investors that included Airbus Ventures, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Intact Ventures, Tectonic Ventures, Presidio Ventures, Blue Ivy Ventures, Ray Stata and Andy Youmans.
MealPal, a lunchtime meal service, has secured $20 million in Series B funding. Menlo Ventures led the round.
London-based Victor, an on-demand jet charter marketplace, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. BP Ventures led the round.
Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd, an Israeli clinical stage immunotherapy company, has raised $8 million in financing. The investors were Korea Investment Partners and Hadasit Bio Holdings Ltd.
Singapore-based Telcoin, a cryptocurrency startup, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding. The backer was Batara Eto, a managing partner of East Ventures and co-founder of Mixi.
