Black Dog Venture Partners has acquired a minority stake in Utah-based Wobbl3 Entertainment, a video game developer. No financial terms were disclosed.

Hollencrest Capital Management has raised $3.25 million for its debut venture fund, according to an SEC filing. Based in Newport Beach, California, Hollencrest Capital Management is an investment adviser.

San Jose, California-based Fetch Robotics, a platform for collaborative robotic solutions, has raised $25 million in Series B funding. Sway Ventures led the round with participation from return backers O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, Shasta Ventures and SB Group US.

California and China-based PerceptIn, a visual intelligence company, has raised $11 million in funding. PerceptIn's backers are Samsung Ventures, Matrix Partners and Walden International.

NextWave Ventures has appointed Dr. Peter Curley as director of technology platforms. Previously, Curley was director and adviser for Imprimatur Capital.

LaunchDarkly, a feature management platform, has raised $21 million in Series B funding, it was announced in a blog post. According to CNBC.com, Redpoint and Vertex led the round.

Palo Alto, California-based Neumentum, a developer of non-opioid pain products, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. The backers were not named. Brookline Capital Markets was the placement agent.

New Enterprise Associates has named Hilarie Koplow-McAdams as venture partner. Previously, Koplow-McAdams was the president at New Relic.

Denver-based Maxwell Financial Labs Inc, a provider of B2B digital mortgage cloud software, has secured $3 million in funding. Anthemis Group led the round with participation from other investors that included Route66 Ventures and Assurant Inc.

Israel-based tech investor Viola has raised $100 million for its new global fintech fund. The target is $120 million to $150 million. The fund's backers include Scotiabank, The Travelers Companies Inc and Bank Hapoalim.
